The main house (upper level) consists of:

Lounge and dining room open plan towards the well-planned, fully fitted kitchen. Separate scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer and ice maker. Lounge with gas fireplace, air conditioner, plasma screen TV and full DSTV. Dining room with 8-seater dining table and high back chairs. Elevated patio with soothing views equipped with built-in braai, 8-seater outdoor table & chairs and a relaxing Jacuzzi.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms: The main bedroom, furnished with queen size bed en-suite to a full bathroom (luxury bath and shower). Sliding doors open on to Jacuzzi area. Second bedroom, furnished with queen size bed. Sliding doors open on to patio. Third bedroom, furnished with two single beds. Sliding doors open on to private stoep area. Second bathroom consists of separate toilet, separate shower and separate luxury bath with basin.

One automated lock-up garage and one under-cover carport.

 

Flat

The fully contained downstairs flat consists of:

A very spacious air conditioned bedroom, furnished with queen size bed, two single beds and a single sleeper couch. Large full bathroom (luxury bath and shower) with built-in cupboards. Compact, well-equipped kitchen. Flat is accessible by external entrance.

  • Electric blankets on beds
  • Housekeeping service Mondays to Saturdays (excl. public holidays)

Terms of payment:

  • Electronic fund transfer only – no credit card facilities
  • 50% deposit required within 48 hours to confirm reservation
  • 50% balance due 1 week prior to arrival
  • Cancellation policy applies

Arrival & departure:

  • Check-in from 15h00
  • Check out by 10h00

  • Rates vary depending on the number of guests, season and length of stay.

Conditions

 Minimum stay requirements:

  • Midweek and weekends – 2 nights
  • School holidays – 3 to 5 nights
  • Long weekends – 3 to 4 nights depending on long weekend dates 
Maximum of 10 guests permitted
No pets allowed
Parties / group functions are strictly forbidden
Barrister House reserves the right to charge a refundable damages deposit

 

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations 0-7 days prior to arrival date forfeit the full deposit.
  • Cancellations 8-14 days prior to arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations 15-21 days prior to arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations 22-28 days prior to arrival date forfeit 25% of the deposit.
  • Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival.
